The hotel convenience store sometimes you’re in a rush and just need a water to go and I had to wait in line for 15 min while the one staffed was checking someone in who was having challenges with their reservation. Having a way to grab things faster on your way out would be helpful

I was disappointed that the club lounge was closed for the entirety of our stay, and when we did visit before it closed on the morning of our first stay, we couldn't stay long becuase the heat was turned up so high. The bathrooms in the lobby are lacking maintenance.
