Vi besökte hotell Rådhuset i Lidköping två nätter, 26-28 september 2025 i varsitt enkelrum standard. Blev mycket besvikna på standarden på rummen. Mitt rum 215 var fruktansvärt varmt. Första natten med täcke var såå varmt, så inför natt två bad jag att få ett separat påslakan att använda istället för täcke men även då var det alldeles för varmt i rummet. Sängen var "unik"; en smal bäddmadrass på ca 70 cm bred (dock ganska skön) men under madrassen en säng som är mycket bredare än madrassen, sängbredd på kanske 100 cm? Det gällde att ligga still för att inte trilla av den smala madrassen, sängen var ca 15 cm bredare på var sida om madrassen. Bättre komfort/en vanlig säng kan man förvänta sig av ett hotell. Badrummet var mycket litet och omodernt. Golvet i badrummet var mycket högre än i rummet, dvs ca 20 cm!! hög tröskel för att komma in/ut i badrummet, besvärligt för mina knän. Det fanns inte en enda hylla eller något utrymme på det mycket minimala handfatet att ställa sin necessär på. Det står på hotellets hemsida att tv:n har 16 kanaler vilket inte stämmer, 5 kanaler fanns. Rum 222 är granne med köket och man vaknar mycket tidigt av ljud därifrån. Det är mycket lyhört. Vi båda betalade 1.116 kr/natt för våra rum. Priset är ett ockerpris för ett rum av denna standard. Reception och frukostrum var dock renoverat och trevligt, frukosten var liten men bra.

Detta hotell är det sämsta vi har bott på. Sängarna var som hängmattor, allt satt löst i duschen, städningen undermålig. Sagt till om glutenfritt bröd, sista dagen fanns inget att få. Kaffet var som färgat vatten på morgonen, äggröran var som vatten. Personalen gjorde nog sitt bästa men inga resurser tyckes finnas.

Rummet slitet och dålig säng

Detta var ett av de mest slitna och dåliga rummen jag bott i på länge. Sängen var bedrövlig, ingen air conditioning och TVn hade bara 2-3 kanaler. Frukosten var ok förutom att de inte fått leverans av kaffebönor!
