A bit of a mess, information on the Hotels. website does not correspond to the actual situation, you come to a closed door where there is a phone number to call, it is just not answered when you call, We walked around the town of Soltau, it is very nice, so the wait for someone to show up at the reception passed easily. WiFi was non-existent and completely unusable, There is room for improvement on all parameters. Pet friendly is a big plus.

Et ikke helt moderne sted, men rigtig hyggeligt, venlig, rent og pænt. God morgenmad med alt som hører sig til. I gåafstand til centrum, som byder på gratis parkering 2 timer og gode butikker. Vi kommer helt bestemt igen.

Stort, rummeligt værelse, men snævert toilet og bad. Vi savnede et skrivebord, og ville gerne have haft mulighed for at skærme for vinduerne med gardin, persienne eller lignende, men det var ikke muligt. Værelset var velholdt og rent, men med mange år på bagen. Aftensmaden var fremragende, og gratis parkering lige uden for døren.

Nicht gerade das modernste Hotel aber für ein, zwei Übernachtungen völlig okay. Das Hotel und die Einrichtung sind scheinbar irgendwo in den 80ern stecken geblieben aber das macht das freundliche Personal wieder wett.

Das Hotel ist altmodisch eingerichtet. Bei der Sauberkeit muss man ein Auge zudrücken. In den Ecken waren Spinnenweben, sonst war es in Ordnung. Was jedoch gar nicht ging war die Lautstärke. Bis spät in die Nacht wurden die Türen geschmissen und es ist allgemein sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war ok. Auswahl war in Ordnung. Jedoch waren die abgepackten Schokobrötchen abgelaufen. So was darf und sollte in einem Hotel nicht sein. Für eine Nacht ausreichend, aber buchen würde ich es trotzdem nicht nochmal.

Det fremgår ikke tydeligt, at man ikke kan checke ind mellem 1430 og 1700. Ringede til hotellet kl 1600, men vi må vente en time, øv Meget slidt hotel forsøgt renholdt uden det er lykkedes, har givet været “ryger hotel” tidligere, hvilket stadig lugtes. Morgenmad OK
