There was nothing in the kitchen at all! We had to go out and buy seasoning, and utensils and paper plates and paper towels. They offered very thin, non-absorbent tiles. And when asked her extra, I was told they had only enough for each room to have two of everything! No extra pillows available, the one that was available was old, flat and lumpy. The older lady that works in the laundry room with sweet, but the regular staff was very standoffish, and limited verbalization. It may have been a language barrier I'm not really sure. My primary suggestion would be exterior cleaning, more detailed around the beds, the ice machine, and flooring in the rooms, and Lobby area. And possibly offer more than just coffee in the mornings.
