Budget hotel in Zicatela. It was a great stay

Hotel in a great, safe, very commercial area just across from Zicatela beach. This beach is mainly for surfers because of high waves, but it is a short walk from the main beach which is good for swimming. The hotel is nice, but it needs some maintenance here and there and some deep cleaning, but we had a very nice stay. The pool is very good and service is also great. Breakfast was also great. Parking is a very nice plus. We would stay there again

The hotel is well located and clean. The problem is the staff. The receptionist (a guy in the afternoon) was very disrespectful and dishonest. My group of tourists arrived at the hotel in the evening, already tired from the trip. The receptionist made my group pay for an extra room unnecessarily. The reservation was already made and paid for. When I spoke on the phone with the receptionist, he was dishonest, rude, and racist. He did not have the courtesy to apologize to my group. A regrettable situation.

El servicio estuvo excelente, desde la gente de seguridad, recepción y restaurante muy muy amables. Las instalaciones están bonitas y los cuartos en general limpios. Solo que tuvimos un par de problemas el primer cuarto olía muy mal y nos cambiaron a otro que no le servía el aire, y literal nos dieron escoger o calor o mal olor! La zona muy céntrica, cerca de bares y restaurantes. Lo malo es que hay mucho ruido hasta las 4:00 de la mañana. Si lo que buscan es descansar no es un buen lugar.
