Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!

冷泉公園のすぐ近く、駅からも歩いて2分便利な場所にあります。部屋の風呂にも冷泉がひかれ、ゆったり楽しめます。 部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのがマイナスかなあ。 清掃が行き届き清潔です。 スタッフも翻訳ソフトを使って、いろいろ説明してくれて親切ですね

昔のガイドブックにも金華大旅社として載っていた冷泉を引いた宿。 いまも基本的には変わらず古いが、メンテナンスをしっかりしていてきれい。 玄関前には飲むことのできる冷泉もあり飲ませてもらった。少し金気のある味の炭酸水。 部屋では好きなときに好きなだけ冷泉に浸かることができる。冷たいがじっとして泡がつくのがこつ。 先に温水でシャワーを浴びてからじっくり浸かるのがよいとのこと。 部屋は質素だか快適だった。 駅からのすぐ。 朝食はないがコンビニもある。 今回は通りのパン屋で朝食を買い、駅前バスターミナルから路線バスで５分の豆腐岬に行って食べた。 湾内で波も穏やかで、海水浴もできる。トイレにはシャワー室もあった。 バスの時刻はグーグルマップのものは古いことがあるので現地で確認した方が良い。

優點： 1.位置地點方便，蘇澳站步行3分鐘左右。位處蘇澳市中心附近有蘇澳冷泉公園、義珍香、美津早餐店... 2.老闆介紹冷泉仔細清楚，不只房間可泡冷泉，樓下也可試喝冷泉，口味類似有點鐵鏽味的氣泡水。 缺點： 1.設備老舊，棉被套.櫥櫃.桌椅...看得出年代感、窗型冷氣扇葉不完整。 2.備品：洗髮精比一般飯店量少，中長髮客人洗髮精大概需要兩包、牙刷柄滿軟的，小心使用感覺蠻容易斷。 3.隔音差，聽得到走廊聊天聲及附近浴室放水排水聲音。 連假平價住宿的好選擇，住的是個懷舊人情味的旅店概念。

環境乾淨整潔，門口有可飲用的冷泉，喝起來像含鐵的汽水。泡冷泉如浸泡在汽水中，十分奇妙。房間舒適，地點佳，鄰近車站、冷泉公園及七星嶺步道（兩者目前整修中未開放）。7:00以前想外出，或是12:00以後才回來，請先知會老闆一下。想體驗可飲的冷泉及泡乾淨的冷泉，推薦這裡喔！

鄰近火車站和蘇澳冷泉公園，交通便利。 住宿的浴缸跟個人湯屋的浴缸尺寸是一樣的，住一晚養飽精神沒問題，冷泉從地上冒出來也很有趣，衛浴備品含毛巾浴巾和盥洗用具。 房間很小，相對的設施很少，電器用品僅有電視冷氣吹風機，沒有冰箱故也沒有瓶裝飲用水與茶包，但走廊有飲水機可使用，有額外準備一個保溫瓶和兩個免洗杯。 沒有衣櫃，僅有幾個衣架和牆壁掛勾。 沒有書桌，僅有床頭櫃和兩張椅子與茶几供泡湯後坐著休息。 櫃檯人員只會待到2400，若有極晚歸需求請先跟店家告知。
