Nossa diárias foram de 6 dias e os 3 primeiros bem problemáticos. O quarto que reservamos estava com problema na tubulação do banheiro, fazendo com que a água do banho retornasse toda para o quarto. O recepcionista tentou resolver nos colocando em outro quarto, mas não tinha camareira a tarde para limpeza e organização, e ficamos mudando de quarto por mais 2 dias, até que houve desistência e fomos para um outro quarto por definitivo até o fim da estadia. Vi um grande esforço da equipe operacional em resolver o problema. Mas o hotel peca em manutenção, limpeza da área externa, café da manhã muito razoável sem nada surpreendente, então acredito que para ser um hotel boutique precisa trazer algo mais.

Bom hotel, mas é preciso estar de carro

A acomodação era confortável e ter ar quente no quarto fez bastante diferença nas noites frias. O café da manhã era ok, simples, sem nada muito especial, porém gostoso. A localização era razoável — o lugar é tranquilo, mas fica afastado das cidades, então é preciso depender de carro para tudo. No geral, foi uma boa estadia.

Experiência desagradável

Um pouco desagradável, o primeiro dia foi com o aquecedor do quarto ruim, foi bem desconfortável de dormir com frio, somente no dia seguinte foi consertado, o café da manhã é muito fraco, pão queimado, frutas duras, pão de queijo duro, não é bom, não havia água na pousada para repor ao frigobar, só bebi a única que havia nele, quando acabou não tinha mais pra repor, tive que ir na rua à noite pra comprar, o quarto é bom, cama confortável, banheiro bom também, chuveiro bom, porém essas primeiras questões e a forma como foram recebidas no atendimento, em como foi deixado o quarto após a manutenção do aquecedor, sujo e com as coisas mexidas, deixaram uma experiência desagradável.
