I chose to celebrate my birthday at this property. The staff was more than accommodating all week long and they spoiled me with gifts in my room. The staff were super friendly and helpful from before I arrived (via WhatsApp) until the moment I departed for the airport. The room was nice, especially the enormous flatscreen TV that was Netflix ready (something becoming standard in the best hotels but not yet universally in practice). Room service was awesome, never saw such a wide range of options, all of which tasted great. If I return to Salvador, I’d be happy to stay here again.
