"The lady at reception, Kym? Gave us a great welcome and we particularly appreciated that when she noticed my wife's walking disabilities, changed the booking so that we had a chalet with a ramp for easy access.

"Excellent place to stay in Hokitika! The entire place was spotless and tastefully decorated. We would have loved to stay for more than a night but unfortunately were on a tight schedule. Communication with the host was easy and response to questions were quick. Location is central and close to some really good restaurants. We have never stayed at such a spotlessly clean place ever before and we have stayed at quite a few luxury properties. Would highly recommend this place. "
