"This property is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. I like that it was quiet. It isn’t near downtown Izamal but cabs are cheap about 250 pesos. Only 10 bedrooms available.
My two complaints dinner was very slow. Took over an hour. I wish they would have brought our appetizer and drinks first but they brought everything at once. Second complaint there is only outdoor eating unless you decide to eat in your room in the dining area there were a lot of flies. I understand we were outdoors but it drove me crazy. But seriously don’t let that stop you from going that’s how beautiful this place is! "
"A nice new place to stay in Telchac. Very local Mexican little town. Great clean beach nearby. The pool in this hotel was dirty with sunscreen floating
Too bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice, quaint, beautiful decor and very clean . They have bkfast , basic , but no bar or other meals..staff is super nice .

"Very nice, remote, bumpy road leading to hotel, quiet, beautiful large rooms, oceanview and ocean is about a block from hotel. Nice tropical hideaway to getaway and relax."
"The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there may very well be bugs (read spiders). They assured us that none are harmful. The bathrooms somehow are aging worse than the rest of the rooms. They should not have painted the showers etc as this has led to mold, at least in our case.
All that said, for the price, the hotel is excellent, in general. We thank the staff for their kind attention during our stay."
