Although it operates as a café and buffet-style venue, the à la carte dinner options were exceptional. The Wagyu steak was hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted, and the cod appetizer was bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive—attentive, warm, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend dining here. The hotel itself is lovely and ideally situated for exploring Hiroshima’s key attractions and makes for a perfect base for a day trip to Miyajima Island. "

"Staff was incredible. They accommodated my mom's gluten free needs even though we did not provide that info before we arrived. They worked very hard to modify each dish and was about to give my mom the experience of wonderful traditional Japanese food without the gluten. They were so friendly and helpful. This is a nice smaller town with lovely canals and I would stay at this hotel again. "
