"Excellent customer service. The manager offered an early check in and provided useful tips and recommendations to explore this beautiful area in Italy. The hotel is overall in excellent conditions in a very quiet neighborhood. Their breakfast is superb, in particular for their freshly baked pastries. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter town to stay near Cinque Terre."

"If you dislike the sound of trains at night, make sure to book a room on the ocean side. I was on the ocean side, but, I could still hear the trains, it was not disturbing. Make sure you arrange a taxi if you are unable to carry luggage up a steep hill. Walking up and down to lovely Moneglia can be an issue for elderly unfit guests.
I love the hotel and Moneglia. My third time at Mondial. I will go again.

"I stayed in a triple room which was fantastic! It was huge, had TWO balconies, a nice kitchen and bath, and plenty of closet storage. The location in Levanto is ideal as it's only about an 8 minute walk to the train station with easy access to the Cinque Terre villages and beyond. There's also a grocery store right around the corner and a laundromat nearby. And in a less than 10 minutes you can be in the heart of historic, charming Levanto for restaurants and shops. It's probably a 12-minute walk to the beach. So very ideal! Also, the host, Judith, was fantastic, as were other staff. I really loved this apartment and would definitely stay here again! "
