"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, and it was...fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, everything in the bathroom worked. Our room was exceedingly hot (in December!), and we had to keep the windows open, even after turning off the radiator. Much of the property could benefit from an update, as the carpet has seen better days.
Breakfast was also ok-- no one was going to starve, but nothing to get excited about, either.
Staff were not helpful in telling us what was open or closed, or where we could rent equipment. Everyone was very nice, and they did let us check in before 2pm when we arrived, which we appreciated.
The location is not near anything in the way of restaurants, etc., but would be fine for the ski lift.
Like everything in Gudauri, the hotel and restaurant are horribly overpriced for what you get, but there's no escaping that. "

"I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy throughout the night. Trucks will drive by dogs were barking and there is a LED orange light that stays on also throughout the night and you can’t turn it off."

"Room was very dark as a concept hardly lights. Furnitre and carpet was Ikea minos.Except the looby hotel was dated , parking looks like construction site.
I stayed off season after summer mid sep , the hotel was empty and i paid way too much money for the poor quality of room i got."
