"We had an amazing experience. We only stayed for a short time, but the staff was amazing. When we went to check out to leave for the airport very early in the morning, the woman at the desk called us a chauffeur so we didn't have to wait for an uber, and then made us coffee and even gave us her own breakfast so we could have something before we left. She was beyond amazing. I wish I had her name to compliment her directly. The room was absolutely spectacular and the biggest and most comfortable bed we had in all of France, but I would stay here again just because of the service."

"After more than a week staying in severely cramped hotels we were elated to have such a normal sized room! The rooms were very clean and there were no odd smells. I think the restaurant could improve on their Cesar salad but overall okay especially if you are hungry for a hot meal. And all of the staff were so nice and gracious - I am so glad my mom accidentally picked this hotel!!"
"Location was phenomenal! Staff was tremendous! Room was in near tip-top shape! A few small downsides - some electrical outlets and lights in room didn’t work and a/c could not be adjusted (though was set at perfect temp for us). We will definitely look to stay again!!!"
