I had a wonderful stay at the Golf & Sport Hotel Wiesensee. The location is absolutely stunning — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed.
The staff were warm, attentive, and always helpful, whether at reception or in the restaurant. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the on-site golf facilities were top-notch. "I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia.
We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."

"Beautiful Rooms and wonderful location; only negative was we were on the 4th floor with a lot of luggage (5 large bags) which was difficult to transport up tthe stairs as there wasn't a lift. Otherwise cannot fault this hotel and would stay again (but request a lower room to make it easier)."
