"We really enjoyed our stay at Buccaneer Beach Club. It's a nice little boutique hotel with all of the amenities we wanted or needed without the crowds. It was nice having a kitchenette, while still being close to several restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay."
"This was an amazing place to stay. We were there for 8 days and didn’t have any problems ourselves. Rooms were clean, AC worked great, and was cleaned everyday. Food was great with the menu changing. Wife is gluten free and had plenty of options for her to choose from.
Only had a couple complaints. First was that there was only one set of bathrooms within the resort besides in the rooms. This was a good walk from the beach area. Second was the towels shortage. Every afternoon they ran out of beach towels.
Safety wise we felt secure but there was a person that had her stuff stolen off the beach. Made us more aware when we went to the beach. "
"The pool suite, the exterior views the interior condition the food and especially the people were all wonderful. Wish I was still there total peacefulness and privacy. Awesome service. I have a bad memory so I took pictures of all the wonderful girls that helped to make the trip great"
"It was a lovely vacation, loved my room on the beach. I loved the food, the chef, from the main dinning area, was very sweet. He would always give me great service and recommendations. The pool area vm was lovely. The hotel room was clean and cleaned daily. It is not a five star hotel but it is a fantastic/budget option, thank you!!!"

"The ground/beach were well kept, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the drinks were flowing.
Things that stood out to me:
1. My luggage was left behind by the airline. At the front desk, the staff called the airlines and followed up until my bag came in and delivered it straight to my room. They helped me track the bag so i knew where it was all the time.
2. By the 3rd day, the staff knew our preferred drink at the restaurant and would have it ready as soon as we sat down without asking which we were very happy about.
3. The staff was friendly and ready to get things for us no matter where we were. They would ask if we needed a drink and bring it right to us. That is great service. The entertainers, from the cook to the vibe team, were all very happy people and it's so fun to see the staff truly enjoying themselves. It makes us feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves too.
4. It was quiet and even when there are events, there are many quiet areas around so you can go wherever you want to relax. The activities were fun and the times to relax were amazing.
Overall a really good stay and i wish i could have stayed longer. "
