"Staff in club lounge were amazing.
We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay.
Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay.
We have stayed 5 times now and will return with preferred club. 3 out of 5 have been club so we obviously enjoy the extras that club offers, in particular the terrace and of course club lounge for breakfast.
Oh also the live music at breakfast really does make you know you’re at a premium hotel.

"The apartment was spacious and spotless on arrival. Beds were comfy and the pull out couch was easy to use and a decent size. The staff are great, super friendly and great with kids! The location is perfect too. "

Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts…
As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day???? Bizarre behaviour?! So we HAD to wait for a lift and the waiting times were simply ridiculous, made worse by some of the lifts being out of service… "
