10/10 Excellent
"Decent Stay with Some Room for Improvement
I stayed here recently and overall, it was an okay experience. The room was clean, which was a positive start. However, after taking a shower, water leaked out from the shower area, and the entire toilet floor got flooded. I ended up spending a bit of time cleaning it up, which was quite inconvenient.
The towel provided was incredibly small – almost the size of a handkerchief. That wasn’t ideal, especially when you need a proper-sized towel after a shower.
The internet speed was frustratingly slow, which made it difficult to do anything online. Breakfast was decent but didn’t stand out – it could definitely be improved. Also, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide even a small complimentary water bottle upon arrival, which is usually a nice touch.
On the positive side, the location was excellent, with shops nearby, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception team was especially accommodating, which was nice.
A couple of other things to note: the duvet provided was quite small. When I asked for a double duvet, they gave me another single one, which didn’t really solve the issue.
All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved for a better experience.

"Although the hotel building itself is a little dated it is extremely well maintained. The staff are delightful and always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were very happy to receive an upgrade and have access to the executive lounge."
