If museums are on your list of things to see in Starigrad, then you might want to head to Marasovici Ethno-House. If you want to experience more of the culture Starigrad has to offer, head to Paklenica National Park.
If you're planning a bit of sightseeing during your trip, head to St Peter’s Church— just one of the landmarks located 1.2 mi (1.9 km) from central Starigrad.
"What a cool spot in the walled city. The staff was friendly and made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was great.
If you're on an extended road trip through the country and you're renting a car, you will have to park outside the walled city. It's not hard but you will be better off to just bring you overnight clothes with you and leave the rest of your large bag at the car. It's safe and the walk to the hotel is easy and flat. "
"Overnight stay with partner in September.
Rooms are large and bright and all was spotlessly clean. September is perhaps not high season in Zadar, but still there were a few customers at the hotel and we still had a very quiet sleep.
We didn't file any particular request but felt the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Buffet breakfast with good variety. Sadly, the machine to prepare coffee was dated and the taste of our coffee left quite a bit to be desired. I'd say that's the only serious bit where this hotel lets itself down.
Location also isn't too central, but Zadar offers many means of transport to get close to the old town, plus there are a few restaurants in the area (the hotel also has its own) and a convenience store right opposite the hotel. We had our own car which could accommodate in Mediteran's parking area.
Overall, we'd recommend the hotel."

"Beautiful Hotel in the old Zadar. They have rooms where the reception and restaurant are located but have lot of rooms accross the road in the part that they call the Annex.
We had a room number 4 in the annex. Spacious, nice decoration, spacious bathroom. Safe, fridge. Water, tea and coffee station in the hallway. "
