"Excellent Family Stay with Commendable Service & Breakfast! My family (4 adults and 2 kids) recently enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at The Leela Trivandrum in two Premier Sea View rooms. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—everyone loved the stay and the food. The breakfast, in particular, was a highlight. The quality and variety were truly commendable. A special mention must go to the chef for the outstanding millet dosa, which became a family favorite! While the rooms had a slightly older feel, they offered a lovely ambiance with thoughtful furnishings, thermostat-controlled ACs, and a very spacious balcony. The balcony was perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a coffee. We must thank Sunitha from housekeeping for maintaining our rooms so impeccably. The only minor drawbacks were some sporadic mosquitoes on the balcony during mornings and evenings and a missed opportunity for coconut water at the beach (though portable water was available). What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. It was excellent across the board. All the staff were highly courteous and professional. We'd like to give special thanks to Sushmita, Neethi1, and Neethi2 at the front desk for their warmth and efficiency, making us feel welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend The Leela Trivandrum for a relaxing family getaway!"

"Breakfast was fresh. Car cannot reach to the property but staff helps allout to bring the luggages. Rooms are not provided with tea kettle and bags. No supply of drinking water in the room. Wifi facility don't provide. Staffs are well behaved and cooperative but hospitality needs to be improved. More facilities to be rendered. "

"Attractive, old-fashioned, quiet country home. Completely clean and spacious. Warm, friendly host. Nice available storage space, ventilation and locks. Received soap, incest repellent, toilet tissue, drinking water and clean towels regularly. Good AC and fan in the room. Bathing wasn't so fun; no working shower nor warm water. It's hard to find food as a foreigner. Swiggy is clueless and the chow halls/diners and grocery are a brisk walk up hill. In addition to the iffy food storage and cooking space. Not business friendly; nowhere comfortable to use a laptop. This is a nice place to get stuck with your partner. Nothing else really. But I still really liked it here solo, in addition to other set backs."
