A real highlight was dining at La Plasohla restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding. The New Year entertainment laid on by the hotel was amazing, creating a festive, stylish and unforgettable celebration that felt both special and effortlessly well organised. A particular mention must go to Anise, the Food and Beverage Manager, whose leadership and attention to detail were evident throughout.
