"The check in was a breeze. We arrived off our cruise at 830 am and arrived at the hotel at 11, and they were able to give us 1 room to store our luggage until the second room was ready. "I was having a tough week, but when I got to the hotel the fronk desk clerk Julian, was so warm and bubbly it made me smile. He really have a customer service like spirit. The hotel was beautiful and newly renovated. The 2nd floor hallway smelled fresh. My room was so detailed and clean. The checkout experience was with front desk clerk Reginald. He was very pleasant and willing to explain all details to assure me, after I voices concerns about my reservation, booked through a 3rd party booking company. The staff is exceptional. "
