"The room was a really great size, with two balconies. The value was excellent and the hotel had an ideal location, with it being walkable to the beach. "Staff was very helpful. Food was good but they did not have everything listed on their menu so make at least 2 choices on what you want to eat. However what we did eat was very good. Hot water was an issue for our rooms until our last day, then it worked."

"Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"

"Everything was shut down. I reckoned that it could have been because of the Ramadan but other places were open and serving meals etc. The doors are rotten and needs urgent attention The bed liner was dusting and towers were worn out. Bedbugs were also found in the bed and ants on the sink in the bathroom. The hotel needs urgent attention and help if it must survive or makes it past another year. "
