"Hotel is in a great location perfect for all parts of the city . We arrived at 9am check was 3 pm the staff did check us in early then emailed us when our room was ready . The hotel stored our luggage and it was already in our room when we arrived back a few hours later . The staff were outstanding couldn’t do enough for us . I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The breakfast was also really good . Perfect stay !"

The street view and the garden view rooms are very nice . The comfort rooms are super small and dark. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Pictures on Expedia are misleading a bit for the comfort room. We requested an upgrade to get a better room and we had to pay the difference but so much worth it.

"The hotel was great, helpful staff, the spa facilities were great and the spa staff were very attentive and we had a lovely relaxing massage. Location wise, perfect for what we wanted, easy access from the airport via aerobus, everything was pretty much walkable and there are good transport options within easy reach. I would recommend this as a great place to stay, we would happily stay there again."
