Her presence made us feel so much more comfortable and she always went above and also whent above and beyond to help us including tourism information for an easy and enjoyable day. Osman was the other staff who went all the way to dubia mall to sort something for us as we didn't have time. And the pakistani coffee guy at breakfast time who helped with so much knowledge about coffee as we are tea drinkers. Thank you SIRO "
