"The hotel is in a good area. Very convenient and everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel was very thoughtful to hand out sweet treats during our stay because it's Christmas. The room itself was well designed and very cozy; however our room in particular had some defects: the bathroom door doesn't close and the coffee machine doesn't work well, but these things aren't major so we can overlook. I would recommend this hotel to friends who wish to visit Salzburg. "

Would have liked a place to microwave things as a staff member in the restaurant did not want to microwave something for me, even though I was directed to do so the day before when I inquired about microwave options. "The hotel was easy to find, situation just down the road from the main train station, and thr proximity to public transport was fab.
The condition and cleaniness of the place was great, the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the Level 1 view over the train line. Interesting and different and a nice way to make it a theme."
