"We had an unobstructed view of the water from our room, balcony and the dining areas of the hotel. The views were spectacular and peaceful as we watched swimmers and boaters enjoy the water. The accommodations were very appealing and the hotel was not overcrowded or noisy. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay to visit Amalfi but yet have separation from the busy and loud city streets. The hotel staff were excellent in all areas of service. We would definitely book this hotel again. "

My only 3 small niggles would be, better hairdryer as doesnt blow fast or very warm. Took forever, so had to leave to dry which took hours.
Maybe provide milk for tea and coffee in the little pots in the fridge.
Provide info on how to use heating/ aircon as we had a bright light going on and off every night."
"Clean room, breakfast was very basic we were promised beach view but we got a parking lot for you which blocked the beach view and we just see the ocean, I asked if they can switch me to a higher room, they said no, that was very disappointing because we never really sat in the hotel we didn't even see the pool area"
"I traveled thru the Amalfi coast and Sicily for over 10 days and Hotel Residence was a favorite. Beautiful, good sized room, very clean. The location cannot be beat, you can walk to everything, but quiet at night. What really sets it apart is the staff, very approachable but professional. Antonio was very helpful with figuring out taxi and train arrangements. Highly recommend."
