"Very much enjoyed our group trip at the Grand Palladium Kantenah this past November! Leilanie did a wonderful job as our concierge and was very helpful through WhatsApp communication during the day. A la Carte's were relatively straightforward to book as long as it was few days in advance for our group of 5. The steak house and Japanese were favorites for us. Lots of activities around the resort, just be prepared to find a lot of tiny mosquitos around the mini golf area. The evening entertainment was the best I've experienced at a Mexico resort. It was nice to see the shows that are not just catered for kids. This definitely made up for the lack of a disco, as the Colonial lobby remained a busy hub well into the evening every single night! Buffet food was okay but not a highlight. Would be nice if there was a bit of variation day to day but everything was on par with the general resort experience. Would definitively recommend and return in the future!"

We booked the Honeymoon Oceanfront Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Israel from Lomas Hospitality Transportation picked us up at the airport and was amazing—professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed right away. A special thank you to Cesar, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He helped us book our activities, including a romantic candlelight dinner and a romantic breakfast in bed. Our room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, and he also assisted us with restaurant reservations at Mia Casa and the Asian restaurant. Cesar was incredibly attentive, kind, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for couples. Every detail made our honeymoon memorable, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend this resort for honeymooners or anyone looking for a romantic and luxurious getaway."
