"Room was clean and quiet. Loved the nice touches with a portable fan, soaps, hair dryer, and more. The first night was rough as the room was very warm. The high was only 70 degrees, so I was surpised that the room stayed uncomfortably warm overnight. My room was on the backside and the sun shined in. Windows only open about 8 inches. The next few nights seemed a little better. I felt competely safe in this area. "
"Nice spacious room, more like a suite than a basic room Room has everything you need. Staff really helpful, friendly and informative. Good location as easy to get buses and trams close by. Lots of places around to eat and drink. Hotel very clean and breakfast nice."
"Loved staying at Hotel Caza! While it wasn’t centrally located for what I wanted to do (most things I wanted to do required a 15-60 minute public transit ride to get to) it was perfectly located for access to Fishermen’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square, and just generally a nice area to stay.
I had no problem accessing transit from the hotel - bus stop right outside, a couple minutes walk to 2 cable car turnarounds & right around the corner from the F line trolley. Easy slightly uphill straight-shot walk to get to Little Italy and Chinatown up Columbus street.
Almost everything I have to say is a pro - easy check in with a friendly staff, clean room, a person onsite if you want to coordinate/book excursions (a feature I didn’t use but was nice to know was available). I read some reviews that said there were no fridges, but when I got to my room there was a mini fridge so I’m not sure if that was a perk of being an “Expedia VIP” or something the hotel just does now that it didn’t before. The area felt super safe and it was nice the hotel required a room key to get in after dark. The only hotel-con I have is when I turned the shower on the water appeared to be slightly brown. This went away after running it for a minute, and I assume just a product of old pipes. If you’re a light sleeper you might be bothered by the occasional loud bass car driving by, but it was infrequent (not hotel’s fault). Everything else was great, and definitely plan to stay here next time I come to SF. "
"They let me check in early after waiting up all night for my son's plane to land and then upgraded our room upon request with no problem at all. Will definitely stay here again. "
"Jättefint hotell med kanonbra läge nära Fishermans Wharf och flertalet restauranger.
Stora rum med bekväma sängar.
Rent och snyggt. En fantastisk frukostbuffé!
Parkering på 60 dollar/dygn är dock absurt dyrt.
