"Incredibly nice, recently updated. I talked with front desk manager … motel is more than 20 years old (ex-Holiday Inn), and owners have been diligent at upgrades and refurbishing rooms. An Applebees is in the center of motel, which used to be the Holiday Inn restaurant.
Breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had in on a cross-country trip."
"We were traveling for a family funeral in Hastings. Everything there was either booked or ridiculously priced. We did all our activities and meals in Hastings. But it was worth the 30 minute drive to stay in a clean but inexpensive hotel. It was also very quiet even though there were many other guests. As stated, they don't serve breakfast. My husband walked over to Casey's , very close by, and picked up breakfast and donuts. We had a little confusion at check-in, and the staff responded immediately ,virtually, on the check-in screen. It was seamless, and very professional. I would recommend this hotel and if needed, stay there again. "

"This was just a pit stop for us for the night on our way out to Illinois. Plenty of parking, a gas station next door for easy access to top off the tank before hitting the road again. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A nice continental breakfast was available by 630a, pastries and coffe is a great way to start the day afterwll. A variety of gas stations, restaurants and stores are available within minutes of the hotel, so that is very convenient too. "
