One concern is the loud ceiling fan connection to the roof in the bathroom - the roof vents were clapping and making loud noises in the wind. We slept with that door closed, but the sound could still be heard in the main room. "

"The hotel was great right from the start. The front desk always had someone available whenever I had a question, and both check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a direct message from the concierge service checking in to see how everything was going and whether we were settling in well — that extra touch felt incredible and very thoughtful. The room was clean, and having a suite with a separate living space allowed the kids to stay on their own schedule and go to bed at the right time, while my husband and I were able to enjoy some quality time together. The pool was the biggest hit with our children — it was warm, which made it even better, and they absolutely loved it. Breakfast offered great options for all of us, including healthy choices, which we really appreciated."

"Gorgeous rooms, great staff and lovely spa. The whole experience is wonderful and I can’t say enough great things. We did wine tastings, walked the grounds with our dog and tried both restaurants. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. "
