"Walked into the check in area and the front desk was unoccupied. Waited around 10 mins and someone finally came out . Should’ve left out a sign out to let the guest know at least. A lady came out while I was sitting there waiting . Not even acknowledging that I’m there and walked into the door and return to the front desk . I wasn’t sure if she works here so I asked her . She stated that she works here and asked me what is it that I need . I believe the attitude and tone should be a bit better since it’s about customer service. I went to the car and grab my stuff and noticing she was on the phone already . I guess that’s more important. "

"It was OK, place was clean but my coffee maker in room didn’t work and they had decaf coffee only. I am type of person that functions only with me coffee first…lol Other than that staff was friendly. "
"Our room was beautiful and very clean. The bathrooms are a bit small. Highly recommend the restaurant “Swamp Fox”. Our waitress, Syvie, was an absolute gem. We went twice for breakfast! "
