"When we arrived and got checked in went to our room, apparently someone else was checked into the same room. Went back to the front desk let them know what had happened the hotel receptionist was super friendly and apologized and gave us a new room. Although we got a new room we didn’t notice till after but the carpet was damp. It didn’t bother us, we enjoyed our stay! "

From prompt fast service checking in, to quick valet pulling up my car and this round I even had a nice fruit plate waiting for me.
