"I brought my 11 year old daughter for her very trip to NYC. Cutomer service was fantastic. Mohammed is who greeted us at the front desk for check-in, and I found him to be very friendly, welcoming and caring. He even rang our room 10 minutes after our arrival to ensure our satisfaction with the room. After an intense morning of traveling from out of state, his compassion, understanding and help was much appreciated. "

"For the location and the balcony I give it a five star, also they allowed us to check in at 9 AM which was a plus but the rooms are really really small. We understood this going into New Year’s Eve. Therefore we were OK with it but I can see someone get this hotel a three out of five if you’re expectations were to be just a normal size room space.."

"The hotel is definitely old, outdated but my room was clean. I stayed 3 nights alone & I felt safe! I was traveling back & forth to time square which was perfect for me. I was using the free airport shuttle to my advantage & uber/lyft. I ate at the cafe twice & the price was fair for me. Overall the hotel price was nice for me for New Year week & I spent it going to NYC all day so a win-win situation "

"Room is small not much space to put 4 luggages even for carry on bags. But room was clean and everything is working. accessible to everything. Staff are helping and friendly."
