"The staff was helpful. It was very easy to register and find my room. The only thing I was confused about was the pool. You do not have access when you book the room, it is an add- on. We didn’t mind because we had plans all weekend. 35 minute commute to Salem and about 25 minute commute back. "

"The rooms were great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a little hiccup and they immediately swapped us to a new room. They also gave us breakfast buffet vouchers. There’s a parking garage attached to the place and it’s super easy to park. Overall a great experience. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Charles. Initially, they gave me a connecting room. In the adjacent room, apparently there was a dog as he barked frequently. I asked especially for a quiet room and was really upset that i was put in a room next to a barking dog. Then, I called them and they immediately moved me a much quieter room. From there on, the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks. "
