"Wonderful and polite staff great amenities and food
Valet service like we never experienced before.
Hard Rock hotel is definitely on my trip Calendar. "
"Spotless... traveling alone and after staying the night before in the 2nd worse place I have ever stayed - sounds dramatic but I really feared for my life! I could notfeare stayed"
"Downtown any city is not my favorite. I’m happy I did not let this deter me from booking this hotel. We loved the room! We were all very comfortable (2 adults, 3 teens, and large dog). The shower did not get hot and the water would be all over the bathroom floor no matter what we did. We were put in an accessible room. Though not needed, it was a very nice room and the shower could easily accommodate a wheelchair without additional assistance.
There also was not any vegan creamer for the Nespresso (but this is something I'm used to). The gym was very nice. They also have a nice yoga studio. I love how dog friendly they were. And there is a grassy area not too far. There’s great food options close by, but if you want quick, there’s a corner bakery and chipotle across the street. And a panera not too far. Parking was easy. We did the LAZ self parking at a discount. Valet was also offered for a little more. There wasnt any EV charging at the LAZ and I’m unsure about valet. Overall, I really like this hotel and would stay again. "
