"While the airport shuttle was quite the wait (over an hour), when I arrived at the hotel, the woman at the desk was so friendly and incredibly helpful. She was able to arrange a taxi for me to get back to the airport early the next morning for a very cheap rate. The restaurant had great food and service. The room was very clean. I would stay here again."

"The property itself was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the check-in experience fell short. The front desk agent seemed rushed and uninterested in answering our questions, as if eager to move on to the next guest. Despite my asking about the VIP upgrades and amenities, nothing was explained or offered. While the hotel is stunning, first impressions matter, and a warmer, more attentive welcome would have made the stay start off much better."
