"Very comfortable room. It was clean. The staffvwere friendly and accommodating. Had an issue with toilet. Though. No staff at night to fix it. That was an issue. But, they tried. It was late and they were fully booked and couldn't change our room."

"The breakfast was not free. $5 for a cup of coffee, and $5 for toast is a little pricy. The hotel was down to one elevator out of three creating long waiting times. I don't like having a gratuity added into my bill. That should be up to the customer. Need additional staff on the beach for food and drink orders. The one server (Gabriel) that was on the beach busted his but trying to keep up. "
