"A delightful experience! Perfect location in the heart of Chicago, lovely staff and very nice, clean, modern rooms. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic as well. We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. I wish I had spent a bit more to get a room with a view and the cute window couches they advertise. Next time! "
