"From start to finish, our stay and experience at The Virgin Hotels was excellent! Our Grand Suite was spacious, nicely appointed and comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop pool bar and our server Elliot at the restaurant gave helpful information about local restaurants and museums. The Valet parking crew was on top of things and Riley in particular had that welcoming Southern Charm and was attentive. My next visit to New Orleans will include another stay at The Virgin!!!"

"It's a beautiful building, clean and welcoming staff, the housekeepers are so helpful! It's a great location, very walkable distance to-from main attractions like riverwalk outlets, the aquarium, cesars casino and canal street. Across the street from WWII museum. The only thing you need to be aware of (I wasn't) is that they don't have free parking for guests, it's $45 per day It's a nice hotel."

"We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily. The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday. We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The ruby slipper is less than a block away and has a delicious breakfast. We will be back to stay in the 2 king bedroom again!!"

"The location of this hotel is excellent if you want to be near Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We got some great recommendations from Greg. The lobby is very nice. The rest of the hotel is very tired and dated. The beds are comfortable though! If this hotel was updated it would be incredible."
