"Enjoyed this property with beautiful view from our balcony of Seneca Lake. There are lower rooms, but those would have cars parked where you sit outside your room. I would return and stay again, but only if I could get a balcony room. Staff was welcoming, personable & professional. Spoke with servers, maintenance, front desk check in, etc. ALL were exceptional and I look forward to staying here again.
