"Nice large pet friendly suite that was very clean. All staff friendly. Housekeeping very pleasant and accommodating. Stunning view off balcony overlooking the river. Connected to sports bar was nice for family dining option for the game!"

"Our room was very clean, as was the entire property. Upon check-in our clerk was very friendly and offered a few options for dinner based on our taste, and we were very happy with the choice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. It was good, and the clerk was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

"The stay was wonderful but as usual I was charged by both Expedia & the hotel.. this happens every time I book with Expedia & they do nothing to help. I am out hundred of dollars bc of Expedia. I am removing this app & never using them again."

"I had an amazing experience at the Residence Inn in Grand Rapids! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.The room was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The full kitchen was a huge plus perfect for a longer stay and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was modern, quiet, and well-maintained.Breakfast each morning was fresh and had plenty of great options, and I loved the relaxing atmosphere in the lounge area. The location was also super convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to downtown Grand Rapids. Whether you’re in town for business, a weekend getaway, or a family trip, I highly recommend staying here. It’s easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the area — clean, comfortable, and truly welcoming. "

"We needed a last minute place to stay for the night. Booked around 8pm. Would be checking in late since we had just sat down at a restaurant. About 10pm got a call from the Inn letting us know where our keys would be left as she was going home for the night. This was slighly concerning since the booking website stated 24hr front desk access. Thankfully we arrived and easily found our keys and notes on information for ice machine, breakfast hours etc. Our room was 1st room on 3rd floor (remember no elevator). We found it to be quite large and comfortable. We found the breakfast to be basic but worked for our needs (coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, 1 type cereal). In addition, they did have take along snacks such as nutrigrain bars, granola bars, bananas, apples, oranges and cold water bottles. Couple perks to our room was the jetted tub, yummy handmade soft caramels at the bedside and 3 windows. We also discovered the next morning in talking with another guest and the AM innkeeper that there is a lady who lives on property to handle the after hours issues should there be any so technically they do have 24 hr "desk person". We would definitley consider visiting the Inn should we be in the area again."
