"My stay at the DoubleTree Hilton was magnificent. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail made the experience feel elevated and welcoming. Michael was exceptional every day I encountered him consistently professional, warm, and attentive. Robert was also wonderful and went out of his way to locate and save my Happy Birthday brooch, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I’d also like to recognize Charlotte, the travel agent consultant, who was outstanding. She introduced me to the Hilton Honors app and took the time to thoroughly explain how to maximize its benefits. She was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had the best possible experience as a Hilton guest. The room was beautiful. I loved being on a high floor with a balcony the view was outstanding and added a sense of calm and luxury to my stay. There were a few minor maintenance details, but once mentioned, they were addressed immediately, which I truly appreciated. The staff overall was pleasant and accommodating. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again when I return."

"I was having a tough week, but when I got to the hotel the fronk desk clerk Julian, was so warm and bubbly it made me smile. He really have a customer service like spirit. The hotel was beautiful and newly renovated. The 2nd floor hallway smelled fresh. My room was so detailed and clean. The checkout experience was with front desk clerk Reginald. He was very pleasant and willing to explain all details to assure me, after I voices concerns about my reservation, booked through a 3rd party booking company. The staff is exceptional. "
