"The photos of the hotel room look spectacular and I tried to manage my expectations. But the moment I opened the door, I was in awe by the spacious room and great ocean view. It is way better in person! Staff are friendly and professional. Location is great, with many dining options nearby. Shuttle buses run frequently to airport and duty-free store/shopping street. "I am impressed with the level of care my mom received during the stay. They rented a wheel chair for my mom with difficulty walking. Additionally the valet parked the car without any prompt. This was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the terrace was wonderful. I had a meal at Peninsular Bar and Lounge. While it was not cheap, it was comparable to what you would end up paying at restaurants in Jeju. More importantly the quality was top notch. I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was really nice and available 24hrs. The room was very spacious, clean, and luxurious. They also provide free laundry self-service with complimentary laundry detergent. Be warned that the machine (dryer mainly) is on the small side (in comparison to the ones in US at least) so you should only wash thinner pieces of clothing that dries quickly with it. Otherwise, you can also utilize the drying racks they peovide in the rooms. Overall, really enjoyed our stay."
