"The student training in VIP on M floor . Her name Jayyjay made my stay worth it. She was attentive to my needs. The whole while maintaining company policy in a professional maner. The concierge staff was equipt with the knowledge to take on any problem that you had. Well trained friendly . The students in all areas were well on their way to a very successful career. The lady's in the message dept worked me over I'm so thankful. They're is not enough words to describe the wonderful trip I'm having due to the Awesome start at The Dusit Thani Resort in Cebu Mactan Lapu Lapu . "Stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was a very large, very spacious room with nice views, even the large tub came with a view. Room humidity level was very comfortable. Food provided on menu's and in the buffet had a nice variety and the kitchen was quick to make accommodations for allergies. Staff were friendly and eager to please. We arrived with an issue from our flight, and the hotel nurse did a great job helping us out. Beach front has lots to do. A few pool areas which were open well into the dark hours which is unusual but made for nice quite time in the pool with no sun. If you want to stay in the hotel for the entire stay, this works well but there is nothing to do in walking distance, although many restaurants are a modest distance with a taxi ride. If this is a working holiday, there is only a small air-conditioned area in the café to sit and work on a laptop; otherwise, there are many outdoors areas to work, and open-air lobby areas to work which are pretty peaceful if you are ok with the heat/humidity "

"This has been my second stay at Marco Polo it was an excellent experience from check-in being smooth and easy to the politeness of the staff and their willingness to help you with any issues or questions to the cleanliness of the entire hotel including the property outside the outdoor dining was very enjoyable to the pool staff having fresh towels for you and a nice outdoor shower to rinse off with great food options we had the Italian cuisine on the poolside patio in our swimsuits and flip flops great spaghetti bolognese the Ruben sandwich with extra dressing was superb and even the seafood pizza was excellent and the breakfast buffet is second to none great food with lots of options from bread and rolls to waffles and pancakes to about 12 main dishes to making you eggs anyway you want them I went with the ham and cheese omelet to fresh made bowls of ramen or rice noodle soup fresh juice drinks and coffee to the fresh fruits for dessert I would stay here everyday of the year if I could"
