I was told that if I wanted breakfast, I would have to pay separately. Left with no alternative, I was forced to pay again for breakfast for both days, in addition to the room charges already paid through Expedia. This situation was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and would like a clear explanation on whether this issue was caused by Expedia’s booking system or the hotel’s mismanagement. Regardless, as the booking was made through your platform, I hold Expedia responsible for ensuring that the services shown at the time of booking are honored. "Great location with spacious cottages albeit a bit dated. Getting hot water was an issue in one of the rooms in our cottage. Spa was good, gym equipment was rather limited and swimming pool was closed. Good service by the house keeping team but less so in the restaurant. "
