"We had a wonderful stay at the resort and overall everything exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the amenities were well maintained. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we truly enjoyed the atmosphere throughout the resort. That said, the only aspect that didn’t meet our expectations was the Blind Butcher restaurant. While the concept was interesting, we didn’t feel the food quality justified the experience, especially when compared to the other on-site restaurants. We found the food elsewhere on the property to be noticeably better and more enjoyable. Aside from that one dining experience, everything else about our stay was excellent, and we would absolutely recommend the resort to others."

"Excellent hotel. A wonderful, spacious, and clean room with a great view. Very friendly and caring staff. The hotel buffet is the best we’ve experienced among all all-inclusive resorts. The grounds are beautifully designed and very convenient — pools, bars, sun loungers, and walkways are all well organized. There is plenty of space, yet everything is within a short walking distance. The hotel is adults-only, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful stay without noise or crowds. A lovely beach — clean and spacious enough that we never had any trouble finding a spot. Plenty of activities available on the property."

"We stayed in the preferred section in a bungalow suite. Everything was fantastic. The preferred area at the beach had a lot of space between chairs and was easy to get chairs. I cannot say enough about how amazing the people who work there are! Jesus at breakfast, Angela and Morris on the beach always made sure we had everything we needed. But there was one person who went above and beyond…our butler Ricardo. He treated us like family and took care of everything! We ended up having to visit the hospital, and he went with us and stayed there the whole time…until early morning! He even arranged for the most yummy grilled chicken to be delivered to our room at 2:30am when we got back (kudos to the chef…it was delicious). We always felt safe and well taken care of at the resort! We will definitely be back!"
