"We had a great vacation here. The adjacent beach was superb, the food in the buffet was generally excellent, the entertainment well organised and the staff mostly friendly and helpful. The concierge Jose tipped it to 5*. Definitely a few niggles: room quality didn't match the listing, some of the restaurants were iffy and certain elements felt gougey (e.g. "privelege" and the on site store) but nothing major enough to detract from the rating.. We'd go again. "

"The room needed some work. There were no face towels in the room when we arrived. But overall, the experience was excellent. There were a couple of servers that didn’t seem to attentive. Especially on the beach. But overall, a very good visit."
