"Shantaa Resort was very peaceful and serene. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Restaurant served amazing dinner and made to order breakfast buffets. Pool and beach were also great. Concierge was helpful and able to book us a driver for our 1 day island exploration. I would highly recommend Shantaa to anybody. "

"Just got back from Koh Kood and stayed at High Season Pool Villa & Spa — truly impressed from the moment we checked in. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. "Beautiful resort next to the beach. Everything is of high quality; from the rooms, breakfast (buffet style), amenities, to the pool and surrounding area. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The highlight of our stay was a little store nearby, called MateOasis. It’s a 7 minutes walk from the premise, but it’s so worth it. The food there is amongst the best I’ve tasted in Thailand ever. The owner is very friendly, kind and funny. She makes you feel like part of the family in no time. If you come to the resort, please do not forget to go and eat there (you can also order food from her to your hotel, but it’s nicer to go and interact at her place. At least we thought so)."

"Sämsta stället vi haft under alla år i Thailand, detta skulle jag kall övernattnings Road house. Detta är inte en "Resort". AC-vatten som rann ner i sängen, läckage under handfatet, all dusch och vatten från handfaten rann under stugan ner i mangrove träsket bakom stugan. Nästan ingen kan Engelska, det är som Thailand för 25 år sedan. Halvdan frukost inte samma sak dag från dag. "

"I saw this place on a you tube video and decided I wanted to book it for my trip to Koh Kut. Loved this for many reasons. Room looked right over a bay that went out to the sea. Breakfast had options. We chose fresh fruit. Got that and some toast each morning. Coffee was available with a machine to make your own if you want. This was right by Peter Pan Resort. We would walk out there and lay on the beach (no access to chairs) and swim. Sandy bottom and very shallow. You can get free use of kayaks here. We ate at Peter Pan for lunch or just got a drink there. Fire show here also every other night. Free! The woman who ran the White Bird was always helpful…renting a motorbike, making sure we got picked up for the ferry, adjusting our breakfast foods. Not lots of rooms here, so quieter. Easy to walk to shops, massage, or our favorite restaurant…Mermaid (get the fried snapper…one of my favorite meals of this trip!). Happy with this place and would recommend!"
