"We stayed at this hotel in Jacó and had a wonderful experience. Pablo is amazing—an excellent communicator who truly makes you feel like the place, the city, and even the air around you are yours. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, and every place we tried was excellent. Pablo was genuinely one of the best people we met on our trip. The property itself is a bit farther out, so having a car is recommended. Parking is ample and easy. The property is clean, and the swimming pool is very close and convenient. Overall, a great stay with outstanding hospitality."

"The property’s location was excellent—right on the beach and about a 10-minute drive to Jaco. It had a charming old-world feel, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The property is in serious need of renovation, with many things visibly falling apart. Some units lacked hot water, and while the service was polite, it was very slow and eventually got the job done. Overall, the property has a lot of potential to be 4+ Star property, but it needs significant upgrades and more attentive management to truly live up to it."
